By accessing or using Pegasus Store ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. License Grant

Upon successful purchase and payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased software for personal use only. This license is subject to the following restrictions:

  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the software or license key to any third party.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where permitted by applicable law.
  • You may not use the software for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • The license is valid only for the duration specified in your purchase plan.

3. User Obligations

  • You are solely responsible for how you use our products. We do not encourage or condone misuse of any software.
  • You must not use the software to harass, harm, or negatively affect other users of any platform.
  • You must not share your license key with others or use it on more devices than permitted.
  • You must provide accurate information during checkout, including a valid email address.

4. No Guarantees

The software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the software.
  • Compatibility with any specific platform, system, or third-party service.
  • Performance, undetectability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Use of the software is entirely at your own risk.

5. Third-Party Services

Pegasus Store is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FACEIT, Valve Corporation, Riot Games, Facepunch Studios, or any other game developer or publisher. Any reference to third-party trademarks is for identification purposes only.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pegasus Store and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to account bans, data loss, or any other adverse consequences.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
