Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (software license keys), all sales are final. Once a license key has been issued or a subscription period has started, refunds are generally not available.

2. Cryptocurrency Payments

All payments are processed through NOWPayments using cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Once a payment is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed or charged back. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before completing payment.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:

  • If a license key was not delivered due to a system error and we are unable to resolve the issue.
  • If you were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error.
  • Where required by applicable consumer protection law.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us at support@pegasusstore.com within 48 hours of your purchase. Include your order ID and email address used during checkout. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Cancellation

There is no recurring billing or automatic subscription renewal. Each purchase is a one-time payment for a fixed license duration. No cancellation is necessary as subscriptions do not auto-renew.

6. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above, or where we have evidence of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
